As you might remember the first version of Mod leather case by This Is Ground not long ago, it has been one of the most wanted, most needed, must have for every human being since the launch. All thanks to its easy-to-use functionality, adaptable to different lifestyle, and (of course) the ability to make you buy it without even knowing what it is. It’s a stuff of desire, a so called love-at-first-sight product, you can’t really resist the urge to click the ‘buy’ button immediately after you saw it. With the Mod, the world of people who is still dreaming of such a thing would definitely come to an end. Or will it?
Mod 2, the evolution

Ticking the wishlist box
Great functionality and great adaptability is one thing, but what really makes the Mod 2 (or in fact the original Mod) ticks the wishlist box, is the presentation. Well actually, before that, all the Mods are already handmade with all sorts of exotic materials like high quality leathers, tactile wool textures, and sophisticated stitching. Then it’s all down to the job of portraying these values to the public.
Closer to our lifestyle
Oversee an enormous success from the original Mod, This Is Ground chose to collaborate once again with the team who brought this leather case to life in the first place, designer and photographer . Using the same principle (as before) of less-is-more, they display only the Mod 2 products at the center of every page, leaving unnecessary information far behind. Then, for the photography side, Melanie seems to have taken a slightly different approach to capture the Mod 2 more closer into our daily lifestyle, connecting deeper down into our minds and emotions.
